i have a 10 gal tank with salt water and a dragon goby, silver tiped shark....what plants should i use......and does anyone know how you convert saltwater to brakishwater

silver tips get like 2':nilly::nilly: a tens way to small so step 1 is move the shark.

not a shark just named like that........its a silver catfish with a dorsal fin so looks like a shark

Both of those fish get way too big for a ten gallon tank. Get a bigger tank or smaller fish.

There are very few plants that will grow in salt/brackish water. Most of them are seagrasses and mangroves, so you're kind of limited in the appearance of the tank. There are some species of macroalgae that do well in brackish conditions and look interesting, but finding them might be tricky.
No freshwater plants will do well in salt/brackish water above 1.015 spg for very long. They might survive, but not thrive.

You should probably visit the miarine/brackish forum and read up. There's plenty of info there.
