Both of those fish get way too big for a ten gallon tank. Get a bigger tank or smaller fish.

There are very few plants that will grow in salt/brackish water. Most of them are seagrasses and mangroves, so you're kind of limited in the appearance of the tank. There are some species of macroalgae that do well in brackish conditions and look interesting, but finding them might be tricky.
No freshwater plants will do well in salt/brackish water above 1.015 spg for very long. They might survive, but not thrive.
