I have a 40 gallon air pump, (Don't ask, I got a good deal), for a 20 gallon tank, is there anything I can do with so much extra power because currently I just have the pump connected to an air stone, which I guess is giving my fish plenty of oxygen. If anyone has any suggestions on what I can do with so much power, like split the tube and use half for an air stone and half for something else (idk what) it would really be great.

Thanks!

What makes you think there is too much power besides the rating? Have the fishes' behavior changed since you added the pump? If there aren't any problems you might as well leave it be. Ratings often don't mean much.
