Hi just recently bought a 100 gal tank used it came with a 2215 is this enough I also have a 2215 on my 50 gal. The fish from the 50 are going into the 100 so should I use both on the 100 gal Thanks so much Pat

Yes that would be pretty good idea. But i suggest getting a canister filter then you only need one of those and they work great i suggest getting a fluval 404.

the eheim 2215 is rated for something like 100gal or so... but all the factory ratings go right out the window depending on what yer stock is... so forgetting all the fancy factory numbers if 1 2215 worked well for you on yer 50.. then 2 of them should be able to do the same job on the 100
but now the real question is that if you take the filter off your 50 and put it on the 100..... what are you going to use for the 50 when you restock it
