i have a 75 gallon tank on a stand that has been used for freshwater tropical
i have the tank only nothing more nothing less
i have cleaned it out and filled it with water
i have not put any chemicals or anything else in yet
im wondering if i can turn it into a saltwater tank
if yes
can i put in
1-snowflake eel
1- other eel
1- clown trigger
1- lionfish
and what do i need to set it up
im going to have live rock

I don't know much about Saltwater but I think you'll need a bigger tank just for that Clown Trigger. Also, I don't think the Trigger will do well with any kind of live coral or anything like that.

you could keep the 1 snowflake or the 1 'other' eel (within reason, no atlantic greens or javans or anything)

I'D do like a chain eel and maybe a zebrasoma tang and a few anthias maybe.. not much else can fit with the eel in there..
you could get a dwarf lion or even a few..
