I have a 120 gallon tank w/ no special cut outs or holes on the back and I would like to add a fluval fx5 to my tank. The only holes I have is on the top of the tank. Can I still use this filter?

Its pretty simple. The hoses just go up the back of the aquarium and over the rim.
