I have a 90gal that I plan on growing peacock bass in. I have been cycling the tank for a while and I noticed the temperature ranges from low 60's to low 70's thrughout the day. Will this stress out the peacocks and will a heater set for higher keep the temp stable? Also, what is the best ph stbalizer to use? I've never used one and I just want to get some input on brands etc. Thanks all!

Howdy,

Stable temps from 75F upwards are generally better. Indeed, a well-dimensioned heater will help you achieve that.

What exactly are your pH problems, why do you need to stabilize, how much does it fluctuate? What are your water parameters (kH, gH, pH)?
