could i replace one of the filter pads in one of the filters on my 75g with the bio media from an AC500 for added bio filtration?

why not just add a whole AC 110.

What exactly are you trying to do? What filter are you putting extra media in?

i want to have more biological filtration.
the media will be put in a bio-wheel 150
