So I bought a new aquarium and the guy threw in all the equip it had with it and he gave me this thing that I am told is a protien skimmer. It has two 2000L/H pumps inside of it and was hooked up to a 585 gal aquarium.
So is he right and since I don't need or want it b/c i'm doing fresh not salt water what's it worth if I were to sell it?
