a buddy of mine is selling his full 90 gallon reef setup, now i know this is small for a tang this size which is why im wanting to take it off his hands, he said he would sell it me if i can catch it in the tank. as some of you may know from other posts i have a 960 gallon setup with nothing in it right now. my question is this, what would be the absolute best way to catch this fish and transport it to its new home with very minimal stress?

I like the clear container method. Its harder but baiting the container will usually help. Otherwise remove the rock and coral if any and take the water down a bit and be as gental as possible with a net.

he has a guy coming to buy the rock and sand so it should be easy to catch it after he gets all that out and drains the water, thanks for the advice! its much appreciated
