Any one have truble with stealth heaters?

Alright found my stealth heater split right down the back, stuck my hand in a felt a little tingle. was concerned my fish were not acting them selfs heaters supposedly cichlid proof. any opinions on thi heater

I haven't had a problem since i've been using just Stealths.

The only problem I have with a Stealth is the fact that I can't tell if it's on or not.

agreed, I have mine in my sump and never know if it is on unless I stick my tounge to it...

Thats dedication.:ROFL: I just check my water temp everyday and keep a spare heater around.
