Help with filter question

Some how (of course nobody knows how) my air pump for my UGF in my quarantine tank got unplugged.:nilly::nilly::nilly: It was probably off over the afternoon and all night. Is this going to be a problem? My fishies have been in there for about 3 weeks so I could probably move them into my community tank if there is.

The bb would still be alive since its submerged, I wouldn't think you would get to much of a build up in that short of a time. I would check for ammonia and nitrite and if they are 0 then your good to go, if you have some just dose with prime.
