Just looking for an opinion on the quite one 6000 pump.
thinking about getting it for a wet/dry on 220g. I would like to know from those who have used it or recommedations on another.

Thanks in advance

I don't have any personal experience with the 6000, but overall, I would pass on quiet one and seek more reliable (which might mean a bit more expensive) pumps. Whatever you do, stay away from the 9000. It's the loudest pump I've ever heard.

I love my 6000, I've only had it for a couple of months but it's great. It was very loud for the first few hours but it got super quiet in time. I can't even hear it now if I try.

They work ok. I have 2 on my 240 gallon. Most of the noise comes from the vibration. But once you've fixed it, it's nice and quiet.

Little giant pumps are bullet proof but have a slight "whir"
Reeflo pumps are bullet proof, powerful, efficient, and damn near silent.
