The worm was a bit too long for it, but it eventually swallowed the worm.

I'm still not sure what species it is. It was sold to me as hystrix, but some have told me it's humerosa. Whatever it is, I'm pretty sure it's not the real hystrix as I got it for only $80. Still, since it's only about 6" it might be hard to tell what species it is exactly. What do you guys think it is?

Awesome! Does the ray have any pattern? Looks to me like a common stingray. But i'm no expert but beautfiul ray nonetheless!
Keep buffing up that little saucer! :D

Right now it doesn't have any truly noticeable pattern, except for some really light grayish-blue spots on the back and some on the edge of the disc.

nice ray, might want to take the gravel out tho... it can harm the ray, get it some nice sand or river rock... something thats smooth
