Stastek (a member here) has some. Or try cyphos.com and frontosa.com in the "For sale/trade" section. There are always people who have high quality F1 frontosas for sale.
It depends on which variant you get and whether you want Wild caught or F1. Wild caught Tanzanian variants will run $75-$120 each, F1 1" juvies will be $10-$15 each. Zaire variants will run $150-$175 each, F1 1" juvies will run $25-$35 each.
First decide how big the tank will be before you buy. If you get wild caught frontosas then you will need a 6foot long tank. If you get F1 juvies then a 55gal to start off with will be ok.

Now you have to decide which variant you want. If you aren't looking to spend too much money then I would look into either Kipili, Mpimbwe, Kigoma, Samazi, or Bismarck frontosas. There's many more but those are my favorites. Of course, the Zaire variants will run much more $$$$....
