Before or After?

Ok 2morrow getting a new indo anddoing a water change and was wonder what the proper way to do it..should i do the water change first then get my new fish? or get the fish put him in the tank then do the water change? help me out people:nilly:

waterchange first, why would you want to stress them even more.

Thanx, never done both at the same time...When i first set the tank up i didnt have fish for about a month..
