I've been told if I get 2 dats they would be slow growers and i could keep them there for 5 years with some polys and an eel or two..Whats your view in this?

what size are you getting them as this make a difference too how long in a 60g, i would either get 1 or get a 3+.
also whats the dimensions on the 60.

The dats in the shop are about 3-7 inches i would pick the smallest one.
a tank that size and a datnoid at 3'' could last around 2-3 years depending on feeding,water quality etc etc etc.

Hmmm... just found out my dad dosen't like the dats ANY of them =O so I cant get them
