This Gar was sold as a oculatus, but i think it's a platyrhincus.

I have rung the retailer and he says it is definately a
oculatus.

most likly its a florida but a spotted is possible. there is few differences that are noticable and almost none to distiguish with out a talented person measureing it first hand. florida is common in the trade and spotted are almost non-existent in the trade. But either way nice fish.

eitherways it doesn't make much of a difference, richard and sol seem to have something up their sleeves thou !
