I have looked for Melanochromis cyaneorhabdos everywhere in OC and finally found what I think it is from an LFS. The store labeled this fish as Electric Blue Johannii.
I have read that another name for Melanochromis cyaneorhabdos is Maingano but sometimes also referred to as Electric Blue Johannii.
According to http://animal-world.com/encyclo/fresh/cichlid/Maingano.php and http://animal-world.com/encyclo/fresh/cichlid/ElectricBlueJohannii.php , the Electric Blue Johannii is a different species.
I believe what I purchased were Melanochromis cyaneorhabdos. I have attached photos of a dominant fish (shown in black) and another that appears to be sub.
