ID my eel!

The label at the LFS said it was a tire track eel, but the employee thought it was another type of spiny eel. He couldn't say exactly which one though. Any ideas? Sorry for the crappy pics, I'm not much of a photographer.

Can't say for sure, but he is gonna shred himself burrowing in that gravel. Would be much better to have sand with him.

tt eel .. definately not a peacock eel bc i have one and it doesnt lookk like that :D

although we can't see it's tail,peacocks usually have circles going down their backs, towards the tail. the circles are similar to those on a peacock bird's tail, hence the name peacock. i have 2 peacocks and 1 tire track. i'm guessing that it's a tire track with an odd pattern.
