Will plecs or clown loaches like this? My plec loves corgette (zuchinni) etc. I forgot to carve pumpkin this year so have a huge one left over and I've cut it into pieces and kept the skin on.

Thoughts?

My loaches already love lettuce etc.

It won't hurt to try it. I've fed zucchini and yellow squash, pumpkins are a type of squash too.

I think its personal preference of the pleco. Many things that other people have said their plecos loved, mine wouldn't touch. should be fine but just be certain to not leave it in too long. it may really screw up the ammonia and nitrate levels if it starts to decompose

Thanks, i've chucked it in. I'll still need to leave it a while. TOok my plec a day to decide the corgette was food and that he liked it 2 years ago!

My female adult bristlenose loves pumpkin. I take it out the next morning as it can really foul the water up.

My Sailfin Pleco loves the stuff. Zuchini is definitely the preferred food but pumpkin and beans always go down well
