Minimum for a healthy BTR would be 25 ft diameter circle (give or take), and at least 3-4 feet deep with major filtration.
The reality is that they are not sharks that should be in the hobby for 99% of the people who buy them. Most will die due to people trying to keep them in a confined space.~Matt
