I have a question. Is there any Shark that could be small enough to stay in my 20G tank?

If you are talking real sharks no but if you mean some of the freshwater fish that are called sharks then there are a few.

You can keep a Red Tail Shark or a Rainbow shark in a 20 gallon. The don't get that big.
