Need some ?s answered..

Which one is more aggresive?
Larger adult size?
Longer lifespan?

And any other thoughts that u might find beneficial in the long run..

honestly i like the schools of redbellys i love seeing them thrash anything else in the water but if ur looking for just a solo fish id go for the black but i think they are lame

What size tank will they be going into? I've had both reds and a black p before and I love them both. Sometimes the black gets a little boring being all by itself but makes up for it with the size they reach. In the wild a black can grow to almost 2 feet. And yes the blacks do grow very slow compared to reds. Reds will keep you more entertained on a daily basis but a 16" black will just be amazing!
