my tank at school will now be a community tank, i was thinking neon tetras and electric blue rams? anything else would like good instead of the rams? theyre on the expensive side so anything with that kind of color but like 3 bucks instead of 10 would be nice!

Yeah i have a 20 gallon in my dorm room, i'm allowed to keep it because i'm an RA. I wasn't talking about Electric blue rams, i want the german blue rams. 2 with some tetras and maybe some other small fish?
