New tank w/pics. What should i stock my 10g with?

Hello,
I received a 10g fish tank about 3 weeks ago and it has beeen set up since then. I want to start adding fish now but need ideas on what to stock it with. I am running an Emperor 400 on it lol . Ideas? any one?

a small group of blind cave tetras would look nice, especially with black gravel

idk about dwarf puffers they seem not to swim alot and kinda boring lol

they are pretty neat...always active, and despite not having eyes have no problems locating food...I used to have a big one that would eat floating pellets, and it had no problems locating them

You need 2 oscars, 6 clown loaches, 3 bala sharks, and a pleco. Oh, and for dither fish, how about a dozen serpae tetras. lol
