Most will get HITH and other small diseases which will progress into their death. But it could take a long, long time depending on tank size and how many fish. A Oscar in a 125 would takes ages while 8 Oscars in a 125 might last 6 months.

how long will it take for fish to die from lack of good bacteria?? (water chang)

what does (water change) mean in the statement?

the question is to vague. more background information needs to be given in order for a more accurate answer.

what fish?

tank size?

flow?

food quantity fed?

etc etc...

my answer for now is: not long.

The need for water changes can be removed almost completly with a low stocking, and high plant content.
However, there are too many variables for an accurate answer to the OP's question.

How do I lower my ph ASAP?
i doubt your ph is killing your fish, most fish are fairly tolerant of various ph's.

what type of fish do you have?

whats your ph?

Co2 is the fastest way i know but that is completely unnecessary and potential harmful. Peat moss would be more acceptable.
