I have a water pump that I removed from a pond filter and I wanted to know how do you slow the flow?Will connecting a sponge slow down the output. Its going in a 100 gallon with 4 2in Dovii. How about pointing it to a corner, will anything help? OR...will they like that much movement?

how big are the fish and the tank?... are the fish being blown around?
If not i wouldnt worry to be honest... my 5ft tank is filtered with two FX5's and two koralia 3's... its like a jacuzzi in there and my oscars dont mind atall
