update 8/20/10
Well here is an update. the pictures are dark but you get the idea. I now have quick drain ports around the fishroom (the white pvc at the bottom of the racks) which allow me to drain and fill about 30 tanks an hour. Still have several more racks to build and lots of work to do, but its getting there.
