Canon 450D, 430EX II Speedlite in conjuction with a GLANZ trigger, 18-55mm AF/IS lens. :)

Ha! almost the same setup.

I've got the 450D, 580EX, remote and much success with 18-55AF/IS. I didnt know I would love to use that lens so much more until I got my flash.
