yes I have 2 ponds and 2 aquariums to move. 1 29 gal, 1 75 gal, 1 100 gal pond, and 1 350 gal pond. WIth the big pond there is about 1,500 pounds of stones, and another 1,000 pounds of landscaping bricks plus all my tropical plants, and my other stuff. I hate being in the military and moving constantly. 2 more years and I am free. lol. I have to weather proof the pond now though cause my new landlord said it has to be outside. So I am gonna insulate it and make an insulated cover for it also. I am upgrading to a 1,000 w heater(hopefully that's enough?). Hope the filters will do ok outside. lol. The main thing is I hope I prepare it good enough so that it can withstand the harse winters up here and possible temps of -40 f.

I've started my move and after next week i might not have the internet at my house for a few weeks. I am currently making my pond safe for the bitter winters here in montana. keep this post alive until I can make it back on. Good luck everyone.

Wow what a thread, i'm a new member and this has to be some of the best info i have ever seen. I used to have a rtc about 18 inches among some other pretty cool cats here and there, right now i have 2 albino channel cats that are around 9 to 10inches so i am looking foward to that info on channels when you got more time. good luck on the move i hate moving my tanks around its such a back-ache/head-ache, but that's what we do and i wouldn't have it any other way
Hmmm... If I move this here, that there, take this to
storage, and slide this over about 7inches... I could set up another tank right here!!!
I need more space!
