help discus with white film on skin looks like fungus

i have a few 6 discus with my rays and nooticed that one of the discus has developed a bit of a white film on his skin.is this normal or maybe fungus.the discus seems very healthy eats and is dominant of the group and still seems ok.How can i cure this.i do 10% water change everyday.i dont want to do meds because of the rays any body have cure or n-know if this is even a problem

camera wont pick up film on skin, but i can notice it also his color is darker too now.
we have hard water here and i am not adding anything to soften water nor do i plan on it.the temp is about 90

that seems like an odd tank mate for the discus but sea salt does wounders for fish fungus and fin and gill problems

that seems warm for them? 90 im thinkin 80 82 imo of course

salt ok.i gave him a salt bath already.

rays are a odd tank mate for discus??? tons of people keep stingrays with discus

it seem odd to me not saying it was bad and i think it would be neat to see..:) when you do a water change do you add more salt to make up the difference
