I've got a 90 gallon tank and a 30 gallon sump. I haven't setup the tank yet, but I've got the tanks and megaflows. I'm new to salt, and I'm trying to make some good decisions about equipment purchases.

I'm having a hard time figuring out what would be the best skimmer for a FOWLR system with these specs. Can somebody PLEASE show me the way?

Reef Dynamics makes awesome skimmers.

Other options that are around the same price point include Reef Octopus Extreme 200, Bubble Magus BM150 PRO (some people swear by Bubble Magus), and the Vertex IN 180.

Part 1 of an 8 part series on skimmers. The person being interviewed is the owner of Reef Dynamics so some of what he is saying is a bit biased towards their design. That having been said there is still a lot of good information in the videos.

Yes...its for up to 120g, but your not generating any waste in your sump, so I think that should be fine. Give it a go, I dont think you will be disappointed.

That being said, remoras have TWO distinct break in periods. The initial one, (which for me was only a couple hours before it started to skim) and the secondary one. The secondary one results in less skimmate, but it will be VERY, VERY dark. Tank is doing well, and I am very happy with mine. Good Luck!
