Does anyone know if this fish would be compatible in a reef tank with a clown, wrasse and cleaner shrimp? I am seeing mixed reviews.

I would say "With Caution".
I bet that he wouldnt pick at corals...but he MIGHT harassing LPS.
He might not be very big...but he MIGHT try and nibble on your inverts. I would bet that if you have any dwarf hermits that they get taken out pretty quick.
