Saw this at LFS no idea what it is... took a video cause it looked cool.

Any ideas?

yea im really trying to figure out... was pretty amazing looking. Doesn't really look like a sea robin after i googled it but it could be a different type. I don't know if you saw in the video but its walking around on 2 "legs" and has a quill looking thing on the top of its head...
