Are 10"+ NTT Datnoids RARE? Never seen for sale.

I believe it is because of SDS. But who knows in a few years there will be 10"ers all over.

Yup. I got mine to almost 10" within the first year with heavy feeding but I got worried every time it looked like he was breathing heavy or being too lethargic. SDS is very common in NTT's < 5" and it even happens to the big buys. I remember marvin baker's 12" NTT died suddenly as well.

I always suspected that gill parasites was the culprit but since bigger ones that have been raised up and die I'm not sure.I guess the best tactic would be to treat the dats for parasites on some type of regular schedule.
