My first Dat's 2 stunning fish new fish recently add to my 240 monster tank, They were only added on Friday but are already eating like champs, tilapia an hour after being added to the tank, shrimp last night, the little one even went after pellets this morning!!

Both are doing very well the little one seems a bit afraid of me, when I’m in the distance he swims around but if I’m moving around near the tank he hides in a corner for 20 min or so before warming up to me and each time he does this he looses color a bit but it comes back as soon as he calms down.

any way some pic's the bigger one first

an odd angle but his spikes were up so it made the cut...

and the only 2 i could get of the little guy, he's still a bit shy...
He likes to follow the oscar around

And here he was with the bigger one

i'll get more of the little one when he settles down a bit more

so is it just algae grown on glass ? looks very cool.

Oh sorry no, it's a Plywood tank sealed with ZavLar, goes on black but turns that brownish color when submersed, and thanks i agree looks great for a bare bottom!
