I just came across this article on the oldest pacu fish that I have ever seen. His name is Buttkiss and he is 43 years old!! Wow! I hope my pacu grow to be that age. Well it all started about 16 years ago when a friend of the family bought me a hamster and it came from that pet shop I would always go there to get food and other things for it . But I must say the last time I was there is about 4 to 5 years ago but I will take a spun next week and see if he is still there and report back !!!!

Great story. A lesson for many about properly caring for pets. He has been ablt to live so long because no one did not just consider him a fish.
