Since there is a monster jag thread, I don't see why not have a monster Midas thread. Here are my two beasts. 13 inches and 10.5 inches.

What do you net your bad boy/girls with?
Last time I net my big guy he freaked out & a few rays got caught up in the net.
Was thinking of getting a fishing net but it might be too hard to navigate it in my tanks.
I would be probably messy up my scape with one of these.
I'm thinking of fabricating a special net to get the job done for me.
Something that wouldn't stress him out as much.

Again I luv your thick fish.

Nice Midas. They are my all time favorite. Jimmy16 FYI I was watching a show and they were saying never put fish on anything dry because it will certainly remove a fish protective body slime coat. I now put mine on a cutting board after a put some tank water on it.

thanks! this is the first time i've ever measured my fish, so i didn't know. now i know :)

Would a damp cloth be any better?
