Even if someone were to get away with a few rays I think every keeper has a multitude of pics of each ray, no 2 are the same and if they ever went up for sale the thief's would be caught.

On a serious note though, ths is why I would never allow a potential buyer to come directly to my home (if at all possible). Just askin for trouble. Pics and a meeting place.
