bubble growth on my african lung fish

my african lungfish has quarter inch bubble looking sore behind his back fin... on his body? I don't know what it is doesn't seem to bother him but it has gotten bigger and would be heartbroken if anything happens to him :(

Hi I couldn't find my original account so this is the same person. I couldn't get good pictures. The growth burst and the tank got cloudy and it looks like there are little white all over the bottom of the tank. Is this where a lungfish ovaries are... has anyone else had a lungfish lay eggs?
