drop your water level too low and all your wedging comes undone. this is about the 12th time I've had to redo the wood in the less than a year I've had it.

The floating of the woods actually gave it a real "natural" look! Your fish seem to love it!

How about ziptied together and siliconed heavy rocks on top?

Thanks guys, I like it too.
I'm upgrading soon so I'm not going to mess with it. besides, the change in decor every month or few gives the fish something to do. since the last change my one longear has stopped his nesting and has been assessing the situation, sitting off to the side as if mourning the loss of his depression. everyone else is re-figuring where in the tank they want to control, or hide.
