The almost 600 gallon tank

Well this is definatly not a good DIY turtorial. I just took some pictures along the way when i did rember to take some. But anyways. Reused glass out of the 400 gallon tank i had previously built 2-3 years ago. Bought all new ply board and started construction 8' x 4' x 32". So far tank has been up and running a whole week and no problems with leaks yet. Has been filled with water for probably 2-3 weeks now.
Used old bio filter scrubbies just to let ya the fish police on here that filter media was already seeded with bacteria. That way i dont get post of you put fish in that fast, your an evil man sir. lol. Ordered more gravel should be picking it up this Monday.

I used red gaurd shower liner membrane for about 9 coats in corners and about 6-7 coats across the rest of the the walls and bottom. Then used sweat water's paint to seal and make it black. Need to decorate it yet and get the walls put back up all around tank yet. Just happy to see the fishies back in there new home.

Not got a whole lot done to finishing off the tank or basement. Family takes up a lot of time and been playing with a new toy i bought this spring. But here is a small update on what it looks like now. Little closer towards finished at least around the tank anyways. Refrigerator took a crap on us so most of my spending money went towards getting that replaced.

Think channel catfish about 24" long 2 oscars. 1 lephrinus. My other two bigger fish died jack dempsy and texas. There is other smaller fish in there too.

Blood parrot 1
Pictus catfish 3
Raphel catfish 1
texas cichlid 1 about 4-5 inches
pleco 1 probably around 10"
Bumble bee catfish 1
loach 1
Flowerhorn I think 1

I think thats all. lol Hope to go to Gerbers Saltwater Imporium and look at some fish here in next month or so. They have some big freshies there. Maybe i can find a good one to add to the collection.
