5-6 inches i only see him when i get in the morning and get ready for work when the lights are off he found him a better hiding spot

Mine's about 4 or 5 inches, your's just looked a lot bigger in the picture! Mine's been kicked out of her hiding spot by the Ompock catfish! Never heard anything like it, she just floats and the entrance to her hiding spot and stares inside all day long!
I actually have one about 8"...I've had it for about 5 years...he's pretty outgoing now, but when I first got him he/she just wanted to hide all the time.
