Not sure about the spots but I thought they were due to the shark being a pup.

Those sharks in a bottle are usually sand sharks or nurse sharks

it looks like a coral cat shark (Atelomycterus marmoratus)

No such thing as a 'sand shark', and it's not a nurse- wrong body shape and jaw structure.
I'd say too big for coral or marbled cat.
Spiney dog is probably closest.~Matt
