Started out with 7+ big datnoids, and @ a point I have up to 100+.
I sold some, some died and some disappeared
Until recently, I have 7 big datnoids (over 6"+) and I've decided not to purchase anymore...
After a dark plague, lost 3 NTT, now down to two and they are similar in size (9" and 7") only 2 fish in the tank
At first, the big one bullies the smaller one, but after a while the bullying stop, so I am wondering if it is a pair? ^^
The pair have similar behavior like my old Azul Peacock Bass pair, the smaller one will follow the bigger fish, and sometimes they will stay side by side. (calmly and not flickering tail or stress out the body)
I know it's impossible to tell their gender, but I think this strange phenomenon is worth to share! or does any of you have similar experience?
