I think my bamboo is going blind????

I have a brownbanded bamboo about 16inch long. Had him since he was a pup. I see him every day and i know his eyes were not cloudy yesterday but today while feeding i notised something off. When i looked closer i found the pupils of his eyes are cloudy like he has cateracs. He ate fine and is swimming normal but I know they were not cloudy yesterday. He eats fresh squid, shrimp, scallops, and fish pieces every other day. He's in a 180 gal tank (for now) I'v had him 1 yr and he's always been healthy. Levels in tank are all were they should be. Help!!!!! He's my baby and i hate to see the poor guy go blind and not help him before its to late. I will send pics as soon as he comes out of hiding.

I'm not a shark expert, but in these cases you should always do a big water change.
