Biggest NTT you've ever seen? And what would you pay for it?

What's the biggest NTT you've ever seen? And what do you think a fair price for it would be?

I was at a guy's house once and he had a 13" NTT. He told me that someone had offered him $300 for it, but he thought it wasn't enough so he kept it. I think $300 seems like a lot for that size though. I have a 10" NTT I picked up for $120.

big NTT are super rare in the market. A lot NTT have the sudden death syndrome where they die mysteriously..

If that is the case, then the bigger the NTT, the price should be lower because the chance that it passes away is a lot higher now ??? Definitely will have more fun buying small one and enjoy seeing it growing up.

I think Ade has(had) a pretty big one. Price for any NTT above 7" to me would be very tricky, there's always the SDS thought looming and like Arowana718 said their rarity on the market is proof. I think whatever someone is willing to pay and what someone is willing to get, not an easy fish to put a price on.
