He may be. He was 18"-19" when I put him in the pond in October. I'm only guessing at this point, because I'm afraid if I get a tape measure in there he'll eat it out of my hand.

I'm trying to load mine but I'm having issues. I have a few cats tsn, rtc, jau, rtcxtsn, planiceps, some limas, parruno,Asian red tail , 2 "albino Asian red tail", flathead, and brown black yellow bullheads. I want to show some pics but it says to change privacy settings anyone know how to do that on the app?
