May have to wait til it's larger before we can say for certain, but I am leaning towards Pseudoplatystoma metaense based on both pattern and the morphological characteristics of the head. That being said could also be tigrinum or magdaleniatum. Hard to say for certain, but that skinny of a body and head at over 12" along with the pattern it will be very easy once he is bigger.

Ok, so after a little more research I can say with certainty you have a baby P. tigrinum!!!! Pretty darn sweet!!! Not super common in the hobby. Second to fasciatum for sure. Gonna look killer as an adult!!!
